Republicans have been getting an earful from their own constituents (some lifelong Republicans) at townhall meetings. Unlike, the protesters bussed in by the Koch brothers and given specific instructions on disrupting Democratic reps trying to explain health care legislation, these were real locals concerned about the Ryan budget plan to get rid of Medicare and Medicaid. One local Floridian found out the hard way what happens when you have the audacity to question a teabagger Republican. At a town hall meeting hosted by Republican Allen West, Nicole Sandler spoke out and was arrested and later maced for exercising her constitutional rights.
