Just 2 months ago, no one would have expected WI Supreme Court race to be too close to call when the polls closed. But they've been closed for hours and the race has only a 200 vote margin. If the margin is less than 1%, the state of Wisconsin would pick up the tab if a recount is requested. Check out link at FDL for more...
